Kevin Kenny as the Sad Clown Playing the Harp
Standing by for Late Night with Seth Myers (in the hallway shared w/ SNL) as "The Judges of The Actathlon," who just so happen to be "Three Professional Johnny Depp Impersonators." The Actathlon sketch, lasted 3 episodes, circa 2016. Late Night also shares SNL's H&MU dept., who are clearly the best in the business.
Still from the feature film Crazy Murder.
I began my stage career as a child, in New York's Hudson Valley, with Orange County Ballet Theater. The summer I graduated high school, I was cast in a made-for-TV movie, filmed at West Point USMA. I subsequently joined Screen Actors Guild. I continued booking principal work for several years in independent films, including Dante Tomaselli's Horror, You Fit The Description, and Mission Idiot. I took a hiatus from film, to study Theatre Arts, at the New York State University at New Paltz, at which time I founded an experimental theatre group called Atomic Soul, consisting of spoken word poets, melding their original works into feature length theatrical productions. I continued my training in New York City, at Upright Citizens Brigade Training Center, and The Actor's Center. I have performed off-Broadway at The Laugh Factory, and off-off-Broadway at N.Y. Comedy Club, Gotham Comedy Club, The Peoples Improv Theater, Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Upstairs At Rose's Turn and Lucky Chang's Cabaret, with the improv teams God Tastes Like Chicken, 8.I.N.E., Mission Improv-Able, and Don't Fuck With Susie. Most recently, in December, 2020, I was cast as The Sad Clown Plying The Harp, in SNL's pre-taped sketch, by Kyle Mooney, titled "Bits."
With several viral videos and millions of views on TikTok, @gdvegansobs (God Damn Vegan Sons of Bitches), my ongoing collaboration with actress Kiirstin Marilyn (Hightown) is making millions laugh, while calling attention to the cruelty and ridiculousness of animal exploitation and agriculture. We just finished shooting episode one of our sketch comedy TV show!
